Chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau will visit Moscow next week. This was confirmed by an international organization.

The Foreign Ministry informed that Rau's visit to Moscow would begin on the evening of February 14. The head of the OSCE plans to discuss with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov issues from the current agenda of the organization, including the new initiative of the Polish chairmanship related to the dialogue on European security, as well as the situation in Ukraine.

Earlier it was reported that Rau went on a visit to Ukraine, and then to the Donbass. During his trip to eastern Ukraine, Rau wanted to assess the humanitarian and security situation in the region and interact with representatives of the Red Cross and the UN, the Trilateral Contact Group and the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission directly.

Following the visit, Rau stressed the need for full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
