A teenager from Yekaterinburg, who reported on false mining of schools and other objects, worked under the supervision of a foreign curator, reports the regional department of the FSB of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region.

According to the agency, the 14-year-old boy was in an online community where the details of the "mining" were discussed. A curator from abroad appeared with a teenager in the summer of 2021. He trained him to send messages about supposedly planted bombs using anonymizers.

“After each completed mailing, the fake miner sent a report to his mentor: links to publications in the media about the fake mining that took place. This indicated that the goal of the attack had been achieved, ”the publication says.

Earlier it was reported about the detention of a teenage false miner in Yekaterinburg. During the interrogation, he admitted his guilt and stated that he had committed false mining for the sake of hype and money. For one order, a student was transferred a thousand rubles to an electronic wallet.
