The Russians appreciated the availability of medical care

The results of an all-Russian survey conducted by the Doctor TV channel show that almost half of Russians negatively assess the situation with access to medical care, and 57% believe that the situation with medical care has worsened over the past year. The results of the study are available.

46% of Russians give a positive assessment of medical care in Russia: one in five (21%) chose the rating "Good", and almost a quarter of respondents - "Rather good". The share of those who gave a negative assessment is 41%: about the same number of those who gave the ratings "Bad" and "Rather bad".

The study demonstrates a direct connection between the assessments of medical care and the income of respondents: the higher the material security, the more positive assessments, the lower, the more negatively they characterize the situation with medical care. help. Thus, among the poorest groups, almost half give negative assessments of the availability of medical care, and only a third - positive, and in the wealthiest group, 2/3 give positive assessments and only a quarter - negative. Of all social groups, the number of positive assessments is significantly higher among students (71%), and the number of negative assessments among the unemployed (51%).

There are also differences in age: the most positive assessments (64%) are found among the answers of the youngest age group. Older respondents (45-59 years old and 60+ years old) are less loyal: the number of those who have no complaints about medicine is 41% and 44%, respectively. The most satisfied group with medical care is men aged 18-24 (67% of positive ratings), and the most dissatisfied group is men aged 45-59 (48% of negative ratings).

In addition, more than half of the respondents (57%) noted negative changes, while slightly more than a quarter (28%) indicated positive ones.

Young men more often spoke about positive dynamics, women aged 45-59 spoke about negative dynamics. The correlation with the level of income also remains here: the higher it is, the more respondents tend to see positive changes in medicine. But even in the wealthiest group, half believe that the situation with medicine in the country has become worse; among the poorest Russians, there are already 2/3 of them.
