Russia (bbabo.net) - In Barnaul, the Leninsky District Court found a 33-year-old resident of the city guilty of distributing drugs and introducing drugs to her 10-year-old daughter. The girl was taken to the hospital after smoking the mixture.
As told in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Altai Territory, a woman who suffers from drug addiction convinced her daughter that this substance is not addictive. And in the summer of 2021, together child, she used the drug more than once, which she purchased via the Internet. Once during this, the girl became ill, she had hallucinations, and she had to be urgently hospitalized.
During the investigation, the woman stated that she did not remember how she used drugs with her daughter. But, as noted in the prosecutor's office of the Altai Territory, in court she fully admitted her guilt, although she refused to testify, using Article 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
- Taking into account the repentance, as well as the state of health of the defendant and her relatives, the court sentenced her to 12 and a half years in prison in a general regime correctional colony. The verdict has not yet entered into force, - emphasized the prosecutor's office.
