Russia - Fitness Trainer Pankova Recommends Distance Exercises

Russia (bbabo.net), - Physical activity decreases during remote work, so at least simple exercises should be done at home. TV presenter and fitness trainer Arina Pankova told Sputnik radio about them.

Specifically, she recommends daily bodyweight workouts of 20-40 minutes.

“You can push up 15 times, sit down 15 times, shake the press 15 times and lift dumbbells or water bottles 15 times. After that, you need to rest a little, and then repeat four or five times,” says the expert.

If such workouts take more than 20-40 minutes, then you can do them every other day. Arina Pankova also notes that the heart rate during classes should increase to an average of 130-140 beats per minute.

“At this level, the average person burns fat,” explains the fitness trainer.
