A plane in Malaysia made an emergency landing when passengers noticed a snake on board, UPI reported. How the reptile got into the salon and to whom it belonged remained a mystery.

The passengers found the snake. She freely moved around the liner, causing panic in people.

After the plane landed and the passengers were evacuated, specialists boarded and began searching for the snake. No one was injured in the incident, the airline said.

“This is a very rare situation that can happen on any aircraft from time. The safety and well-being of our guests and crew is our top priority,” the statement said.

The pilots, making sure that there was no more danger, continued the flight. It is not known which snake ended up on the plane.

Earlier, a pilot from Pakistan refused to resume the flight after an emergency landing, as his shift ended.
