They jumped on their heads, they promised to burn the house: in Kuzbass, gypsies and Azerbaijanis fought over alimony

In the Kemerovo village, a Russian girl and a gypsy got into a fight over alimony. Men intervened in the conflict - the gypsies called for help from their relatives, the Azerbaijanis stood up for the girl. As a result, the quarrel ended in a mass brawl, which the police unsuccessfully tried to break up. However, this did not end the conflict. In the following days, the Azerbaijanis began to take revenge on the Roma - beat them one, surround their houses with threats and smash other people's cars. It all started with an incident in the Elbrus cafe in the urban-type settlement of Tyazhinskiy, Kemerovo Region. Back in early February, a local resident Alena and gypsies quarreled there (it is not known exactly how many there were). As Alena herself told NGS42.RU, the fact is that the girl demanded through the court that the husband of one of the gypsies pay her alimony.

“The reason for the conflict between me and the gypsy girls is that I filed for alimony for the husband of one of them. But the child was born before they met and before their marriage, the daughter is already seven years old, and a decent alimony debt has run up. This is what, apparently, angers the gypsies. They asked to take the writ of execution, which I refused,” the victim said.

According to her, when she left the cafe, the gypsies attacked her. As a result, they severely beat the girl. Alena ended up in the hospital, where the patient was diagnosed with a jaw fracture with displacement in four places.

At the same time, eyewitnesses say that Alena hit one of the gypsies on the head with a bottle during the conflict. The girl does not deny this, but explains that she acted in self-defense.

Alena said that during the conflict with the gypsies, an Azerbaijani standing next to her stood up for her. He took the victim to the hospital, where she is now. Alena noted that she was receiving threats: the girl was even promised to burn down the house.

Instagram account "Tyazhkin 6 handshakes" writes that the brawl did not start on the street, but inside the cafe, where "the gypsies beat the Russian girl," and then "began to throw themselves and pounce on the Russian guys." A man named Aslan Bayramov spoke out against the gypsies, he broke up the fight. After that, the participants went out into the street to sort things out.

According to the public, the elder brothers of the gypsies drove up to the cafe, there was also at least one relative of Bayramov. Two employees of the National Guard also arrived at the scene of the incident. In the video of the mass brawl near the Elbrus, several men, who looked like the National Guard, were really visible, who tried to separate the fighters.

One of the gathered gypsies, according to the public, shouted that "whoever sheds gypsy blood will suck it off," and addressed an obscene proposal to Bayramov. In response, he knocked out the offender. Further, the gypsies, not embarrassed by the police, allegedly attacked Bayramov and his relative in a crowd and beat them. According to the public, Bayramov's relative received a concussion, his nose was also broken. This ended the conflict at Elbrus.

After that, the Azerbaijanis decided to take revenge on the gypsies, the Kuzbass Incident Telegram channel reports. The day after the fight at Elbrus, they beat a man near a local beauty salon. Eyewitnesses captured it on video.

The recording shows that two attackers knocked the victim to the ground and hit him on the head with precision. At the same time, one of the alleged Azerbaijanis jumped several times on the head of a lying man, kicked him in the face with a swing. Only three women tried to stop the Azerbaijanis, who begged the offenders to stop. When the attackers left the scene, they had beaten was lying motionless on the ground.

A few more days later, the Azerbaijanis caught another man when he was driving in a car with his family. A group of attackers surrounded the car and smashed it with bats while frightened passengers sat inside.

“Azerbaijanis ran into a car with two men, one of whom could barely walk, a woman and three children,” said one of the local residents.

Azerbaijanis also crowded to the gypsy houses and demanded that they get out of the village.

According to local residents, the victims turned to the police, but for a long time she could not do anything. As a result, one of the latest cases still ended in arrests.

The regional head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the day before in the village of Tyazhinskiy there was a conflict between residents on a domestic basis.

“The showdown was accompanied by hooligan actions, as a result of which the car of one of the participants in the conflict was damaged. The police identified and detained three suspects,” the police said.

A criminal case has been initiated under Art. 213 h. 2 of the Criminal Code "Hooliganism". Investigative actions are being carried out with the detainees, after which the issue of their arrest will be decided.

The police added that at the direction of the leadership of the regional headquarters, in this village "the police are carrying out activities to protect public order and prevent crime."The names or nationality of the detainees were not disclosed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, it is known that earlier the police extended the orientation to search for suspects under the same article for hooliganism. The orientation included familiar faces: the same Aslan Bayramov, born in 1997, who allegedly initially stood up for the Russian girl in Elbrus, and his relatives - Bayramov Namit, born in 1995 and Bayramov Emil, born in 1997. All three live in the village of Tyazhinskiy.

The girl Alena, who suffered in the Elbrus, confirmed that the Azerbaijanis who stood up for her were detained. “Innocent people were imprisoned, people who really stood up like a man, it’s scary to imagine, if it weren’t for these people of the Azerbaijani nation, what could have ended for me!” she said.

In addition to the police, the Russian Union of Azerbaijanis became interested in what is happening in the Kemerovo village. Vice-president of the union Elunur Huseynov said that the representatives of the union are working to resolve the conflict.

“Now the aksakals (In Central Asia and the Caucasus, this is how they call the heads of the clan, respected elders -) are already negotiating. I hope that today or tomorrow this issue will be resolved and there will be no more such conflicts. The conflicting parties will sit down at the table and we will clarify the situation thoroughly. And I think they will reconcile so that there are no such repeated fights and interethnic events, ”he concluded.

Huseynov believes that a third party could inflate the conflict between the diasporas. He pointed out that before the Azerbaijanis and the Roma in Russia had never been in conflict.

“We believe that this is a specially well-prepared [provocation] by a certain side, which is still unknown to us. We will find out. At the everyday level, this conflict was inflated to such a level that some called others, others called third, and so everything got out of control, ”he said.
