Recall that the emergency with the crab fish happened on February 2. During unloading at the pier, the ship tilted and sank. There were 15 crew members on board. The senior mechanic died. The captain with hypothermia was sent to the hospital.

The Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into the incident. A criminal case has been initiated. The investigation is also being conducted by the Far Eastern Interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor.
