They are accused of providing services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers by a group of persons by prior agreement, which negligently caused the death of a person. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory authority of the region.

As it turned out, an individual entrepreneur organized a Zvezda diving club on the territory of the sandy beach of the Bugaz Spit, and attracted a man who did not have qualifications and skills as a dive manager.

He conducted briefings and photography under water, and also selected swimming equipment. Services did not meet security requirements due to gross violations of standards.

As I wrote earlier, on July 17, 2021, when a group dived in the area of ​​the shipwreck of the tanker "Valerian Kuibyshev" at an eleven-meter depth, which is unfavorable for health and life when diving unprepared persons or having diseases preventing this, a 71-year-old man became ill, which caused him disorientation and the ingress of sea water into the respiratory system, after which he died.

The criminal case was sent to the Anapa City Court.
