The plane, flying from Moscow to the Spanish city of Alicante, was forced to land at Minsk National Airport due to poor health of the person on board, Interfax reports, citing the press service of the airport.
“The reason for the unscheduled landing was the poor health of one of the passengers on the flight. He has already been provided with timely medical assistance, ”the airport explained.
The S7 press service reported that during the Moscow-Alicante flight, the crew decided to make an unscheduled landing in Minsk due to the deteriorating health of one of the passengers. After the passenger was handed over to the doctors, the plane headed along the route.
The incident occurred with the Airbus A320neo aircraft on February 15 at 11:43 Moscow time. At 12:55 the plane continued its flight to Spain.
On the eve of February 14, an Mi-8 helicopter with 18 passengers on board made an emergency landing in Yamal. The aircraft landed in a field, none of the passengers were injured.
