Russia (bbabo.net), - What will our life be like in 50 years? Will robots do all the work for humans? Can they replace a person? But what if true development is not about improving assistive technologies, but about expanding one's own abilities?
Participants of the Open All-Russian competition of scientific and technological art projects Science.Technology.Art (STArt) are invited to reflect on all this. It was invented at the Polytechnic Museum with the participation of Yandex. We have become accustomed to the fact that the images of the future rarely do without the participation of robots. In peaceful scenes, they simplify a person's life. Alarmist paintings present us with a world of smart machines rebelling against their creators. Scientists, researchers and artists can turn to one of the scenarios of the future - peaceful or disturbing - and create their own pictures of tomorrow.
Anyone over the age of 18 can participate. One or in a team. The main thing is the readiness to realize your idea and present it at the venues of the Polytechnic Museum or its partners.
Applications are accepted until April 20, and the winners will be announced on June 8. The winners will be determined by an expert council, which includes both leading scientists and artists and specialists in the field of contemporary art - more than 25 people in total.
The winners will receive cash grants of up to 500,000 rubles for the implementation of their art objects.
Important: the idea of an art project should be understandable to a person without special scientific or artistic training. And at the core - only proven facts and their correct interpretations.
