“The investigation and the court found that the woman fictitiously got a job at the institution of her friend, who from 2017 to 2019 received a salary and bonuses, while not fulfilling actual labor duties,” said Kristina Guzovskaya, an official representative of the investigative department of the RF Investigative Committee for the Yaroslavl region. - In addition, from 2017 to 2019, the defendant paid inflated and unreasonable bonuses to a number of employees, while the employees transferred part of the money received to her.
The damage caused by the actions of the accused is estimated at more than two million rubles, the investigators specified.
The case initiated under parts 3 and 4 of article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Assignment committed using official position on a large and especially large scale" was considered by the Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl. On February 14, the woman was found guilty.
- Finally, she was sentenced to four years of suspended liberty with a probationary period of four years with a fine of 200 thousand rubles, - said the official representative of the Yaroslavl Regional Court Olga Kozlova.
In addition, the convicted person is deprived of the right to hold positions in state bodies related to the performance of the functions of a representative of power or the performance of organizational, administrative functions for two years.
