We are pleased to announce that now this service is also available to patients who have made an appointment with an ophthalmologist. Thanks to the service, the time that doctors spend on taking anamnesis during an appointment is significantly reduced. the chatbot allows more attention to be paid to examining the patient and prescribing additional tests. In just a year, Muscovites used the digital assistant 720,000 times," the deputy mayor said.
In order to use the chatbot, you do not need to download additional applications. The chatbot is integrated with the EMIAS appointment booking service and after the patient has made an appointment with a doctor, he receives an SMS or push notification with a link to a survey form for preliminary collection of information and medical history. The user manually indicates his complaints in a free form, and then gives answers to the questions sequentially asked by the chatbot, specifying the symptoms and information on his condition.
Each subsequent question depends on the answer to the previous one. For the convenience of patients, special buttons with the wording of the most common complaints have been added to the screen with complaints. The information received is transferred to the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System and recorded in the examination protocol of the upcoming appointment with the possibility of further editing by the doctor.
