Russians estimated their first working month in 2022

The majority of Russians (56.4%) did not feel any difference between holidays and working days - some classes were smoothly replaced by others, follows from a survey by the educational company Netology, received by.

In 34% of cases, self-discipline skills, adherence to the regime, responsibility and a healthy lifestyle contributed to this. Every third respondent noted that it was very difficult for him to get into a working state, he could not focus on tasks and wanted to quit everything - only 28.3% of the total number of survey participants.

15.3% of respondents noted that even during the holidays they were eager to get back to work as soon as possible, and someone began to deal with work tasks on weekends. In 17% of cases, this was facilitated by love and interest in work, interesting projects and tasks, and attitude.

For some, household members and pets interfered with focusing on work tasks while working from home on holidays (1.3%). People noted that they were motivated to return to work as soon as possible by the fact that after a year of working remotely, they finally wanted to leave home and work in the office (0.6%). Also among the respondents were those for whom the beginning of working days was a way to get out of depression, poor condition, personal problems (0.5%).

In general, at the end of the month, 78.2% of survey participants rated it as not the most revealing, but they had something to praise themselves for, and 6.1% called January terrible - they failed to do anything they planned. Only 15.7% answered that in the first month they were able to achieve excellent results in their work.

62.9% of participants answered that they combined an active life with a passive one - meeting with loved ones, walking, cooking, reading, drawing, doing needlework or other household hobbies. 17.5% of respondents spent long weekends actively: traveling, playing sports, going to visits and events, doing repairs or general house cleaning. 19.6% spent time passively.

According to the results of work in January, the worst indicators were among those respondents who passively spent time on holidays and could hardly work in the first working week of January. Among them, the highest rate of non-fulfillment of the planned (20%) and the lowest rate of achieving excellent results in the work in a month (4%).

The highest rate of achievement of the plan of the month was demonstrated by respondents who actively spent the New Year holidays and at the same time sought to return to work as soon as possible and started the first working week actively - 38%. Among them, only 2% noted that they could not achieve the set results in January.

The second place according to this indicator was occupied by respondents who during the holidays combined an active life with a passive one and at the same time wanted to return to work — 26%. Among them, there is also the best indicator of non-fulfillment of the January plan - only 1.5%.
