Russia (bbabo.net), - The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) proposed to introduce individual support for families in difficult life situations. This will require the creation of the institution of the family curator, the organization notes. The task of such curators will be to consolidate all possible resources - state and non-state - in the interests of a particular family.
For example, when a family has a seriously ill child, she may need not only a wheelchair, but, for example, help in finding a job for her father or mother, psychological support, assistance in the rehabilitation of the child, obtaining the necessary medicines for him, explained the Director General of ASI Svetlana Chupsheva.
Therefore, a new form of support, she notes, involves comprehensive assistance to families using the resources of non-profit and charitable organizations. First, it will be tested in pilot regions, taking into account the requests of local residents and the problems they face, and subsequently they plan to distribute throughout the country.
"This work will become part of the National Social Initiative, the main goal of which is to increase the satisfaction of citizens with social services, create opportunities and conditions for improving the quality of life of every person in Russia," the ASI notes.
The pilot will be conducted jointly with the Right Direction charity service.
