According to the chairman of the government of the region Roman Busargin, at the suggestion of the chief sanitary doctor, the regional authorities made changes to government decree No. 208-P of March 26, 2020. Now in cultural institutions, catering establishments, fitness clubs and other public places where it is required to present a QR code about vaccination or an illness, it will also be possible to show a digital sign issued by the State Services in connection with the presence of antibodies to COVID -19.

The new order in the Saratov region will be applied from February 21. According to the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor, more than 171.9 thousand people have become ill with coronavirus in the region since the beginning of the pandemic, more than 135.9 thousand have recovered. 30,778 Saratov residents are currently receiving inpatient and outpatient treatment.
