The forecaster noted that the air temperature on February 17 and 18 will exceed the norm by 10-12 degrees. So, during the day it is expected to be up to 4-5 degrees above zero, which corresponds to the first decade of April.
In addition, wind gusts of up to 20 m/s are forecast Thursday, “this and the humidity will make warm weather feel not so warm,” he added. On Friday it will also be windy, but not so - up to 15 m / s.
