As previously reported, the incident occurred on February 15. Ten people complained of sore throat, cough and shortness of breath. All of them are locals. Turkish sailors did not report any ailments. The condition of the victims was assessed as moderate and satisfactory. Doctors diagnosed him with poisoning by an unknown substance. Four people were hospitalized, the rest were able to go home for treatment.
