The footage shows how two police officers were detaining a man when the second man kicked the policeman and started a fight.

The incident occurred at the Tulskaya station of the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line. According to the investigation, on the evening of February 17, two police officers asked one of the passengers to follow them to the police room to identify him, but he did not agree, and then “began to push and wave his arms” at law enforcement officers. The second suspect kicked one policeman and hit another policeman in the head and then fled.

The first attacker, born in 2000, was detained on the spot, his friend is being searched. In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Use of violence against a representative of power”).
