The prefecture noted that the work was carried out with the implementation of all necessary security measures.

“Ignoring the warnings of the duty officer and passers-by, the woman quickly crossed both lines of the fence and went into the work area,” the report says.

The incident occurred on February 18 in the east of the capital at the address: 13th Parkovaya Street, building 11, where work was carried out to clean the external drainage system. A woman was walking along the sidewalk near the house when ice fell on her head. She died on the spot from her injuries.
