Self-walking of farm animals is a big problem for Yakutsk. Horses and cows, which the owners periodically let out for a walk, shamelessly walk through parks and squares, and graze in flowerbeds in the warm season. Janitors drive them from the playgrounds.

For several years, the city authorities tried to organize a "penalty" for animals, but it was difficult to comply with all sanitary standards. In November, on the territory of the agricultural school, they began to create such overexposure for horses and cows.

"Tariff" at the unusual "penalty" is not yet called. But the city authorities intend to make it high in order to encourage animal owners to keep an eye on their livestock.
