“Payments should begin within a day. To do this, it is necessary to organize brigades and fix them behind each point of temporary accommodation for refugees,” said Chupriyan.
Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region Igor Guskov noted that five billion rubles were received by the Rostov Region from the federal budget to provide assistance to refugees from the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. He noted that payments could start tomorrow.
