The DPR representative office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime reported on its Telegram channel that the Ukrainian security forces shelled Dokuchaevsk for the second time overnight.
“The shelling was recorded from the side of the VFU in the direction: 01:58 - n.p. Novotroitskoye - n.p. Dokuchaevsk: 14 mines fired with a caliber of 120 mm.
Earlier, the DPR reported that the Ukrainian security forces fired at least 40 grenades at Dokuchaevsk. Also, the DPR reported shelling the village of Zaitsevo near Gorlovka with prohibited mines.
The situation on the line of contact in eastern Ukraine escalated on February 17. In the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR, they reported a strong aggravation of the situation on the line of contact.
