President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the information about the explosions of Ukrainian shells in the Rostov region is not true. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

“What they showed yesterday, some shells, that they flew from our side, and then they showed that supposedly something flew into the Rostov region. It's all a provocation, it's all pure lies, there are no people killed or injured," he said, speaking at the Munich conference.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba also denied information about the explosion of shells. At the same time, he called for "immediately conduct an impartial international investigation into the incidents," which were previously reported by the Russian media.

Two shells exploded in the Rostov region in the Tarasovsky district. It was reported that the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out massive shelling with the use of heavy weapons near the border.

After that, a criminal case was opened in the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia on the fact of the shelling of the border territory of the Rostov region by the military of Ukraine. Investigators specified that among the civilian population, no one was injured as a result of the shelling.
