"Not a single appeal will go unanswered," she wrote. "I also asked for monitoring and, if necessary, immediate assistance to colleagues - authorized in the regions."
The ombudsman also said that some of the regional commissioners entered the headquarters for refugees, and all ombudsmen in the regions are ready to provide assistance to the IDPs.
