According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ivanovo region, two 13-year-old boys were the initiators of sending anonymous emails to the mayor's office.

"A thorough repeated check of the objects indicated in anonymous messages showed that the information about the impending terrorist act is false," the police added.

Three criminal cases have been initiated on the facts of fake signals about acts of terrorism. "Jokers" were identified by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB in the Ivanovo region. Now investigators are working with teenagers and their parents.
