Moscow deputy Zakuskin apologized to a Chechen woman (VIDEO)

The deputy of the Meshchansky district of Moscow, Alexander Zakuskin, publicly apologized to a native of Chechnya, 68-year-old Salima Yusupkhadzhieva, for spraying pepper spray from a can in her face.

The incident happened last week, February 10th. A woman was selling sausage near the mosque on Mira Avenue in the capital. Zakuskin demanded that she leave the place of trade, began to kick her personal belongings and promised at full throat to "deport to Chechnya." When the woman tried to get her passport, the MP sprayed pepper spray in her face.

The decision to apologize was made after a call from Adam Delimkhanov, in which the latter warned that the act would not remain without consequences. Without hesitation, Zakuskin went to the victim with flowers and gifts.

“You have a modest bouquet from me. Fruits, sweets are here to improve your health. I rethought the situation, really, I shouldn’t have done this. You are the same age as my mother. You are happy, healthy.
