Putin was asked what city he would choose to live in, except for the largest ones (Moscow and St. Petersburg).

“Why did you exclude Moscow and St. Petersburg? These are also cities of the Russian Federation. In one of them I was born. This is my hometown, so, first of all, when you asked this question, I thought about St. Petersburg, ”the president replied.

According to the Russian president, significant efforts are being made to improve infrastructure, territorial connectivity, transport, thereby providing drivers for the growth of small towns.
