The footage shows that the car is stuck between the sidewalk and a stopped snowblower. The driver behind him was able to back up and drive away, and the blocked car tried to pass.

At the same time, the car moved towards the driver of the snowblower. He ran to the car and started banging on it - tore off the license plates and tried to break the windows with them.

The driver of the light car got out, and there was a scuffle between them. They were unhooked by a man from a car that drove up to the scene.
