In the Sverdlovsk region, near the Sysert River, a veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a deputy of the city council of Aramil from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Valery Blinov, was found dead. This was announced by the official representative of the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) Alexander Shulga, reports "Lenta.ru".

It is noted that the man's body was found on Proletarskaya Street. According to preliminary information from investigators, Blinov's death is not criminal in nature.

According to the Znak.com edition, citing a source in the party, the deputy died of cold in the street after he was hit on the head. Details of the incident were not provided.

It is known that Blinov was a retired veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. He worked in law enforcement for 18 years. In 2005, he resigned as the head of the special department of the regional SOBR. During his lifetime, Blinov received two Orders of Courage.
