For this bribe, the briber asked not to send the inspection materials to the court, indicating that the management company had not complied with the order to eliminate violations of fire safety rules in the Silvermall shopping and entertainment center. It was also about not closing the shopping and entertainment center for violations.

The EMERCOM employee refused a bribe. The manager was detained at the scene of the crime, he was placed under house arrest, the Investigative Committee said.
