Ryanair plane urgently landed in France due to alleged fire on board

A Ryanair plane flying from the British Manchester to the Portuguese city of Faro made an emergency landing in the city of Brest in western France. Reported by Sun.

A fire on board was cited as the reason for the emergency landing.

The crew had to make the decision to deviate from the route due to panic among the passengers.

At the Brest airport, after landing the liner, several fire engines drove up to it. Law enforcers helped the passengers get on the bus, which took them to the terminal. Information about the fire has not yet been confirmed.

At the same time, at the moment, sanitary control has been tightened in France. All visitors from the UK must register through a special application and go into self-isolation for seven days. But, if a negative test for coronavirus is passed two days later, then you can leave the quarantine.

On January 3, the Moscow - Khabarovsk flight returned to Sheremetyevo due to technical problems.
