Thus, he commented on the murder of a five-year-old girl in Kostroma.
The deputy stressed that he had already visited Kostroma and was near the crime scene, where the investigative actions were carried out. According to him, 100% of the people gathered near the hostel also held a similar opinion about the return of the death penalty.
Khamzayev stressed that those structures that are responsible for the behavior and finding of such criminals at large should also bear personal responsibility for such incidents.
“One of them was sentenced to 4.5 years for pedophilia and was released on parole in March 2021. There was no further control over him. I wonder why he was given parole with such characteristics. We need to figure out who freed him. Police officers, among other things, must bear personal responsibility, ”the parliamentarian added.
Earlier, the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Anna Kuznetsova proposed introducing lifelong administrative supervision of pedophiles, excluding the possibility of their parole and fines.

The body of a child with multiple knife wounds was found in a room of one of the hostels in the city of Kostroma. The head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Bastrykin, took control of the case of the murder of the girl. Later it became known that one of the suspects had previously been convicted of a crime against sexual inviolability and illegal circulation of pornographic materials.
