CCTV footage shows how a man walks into the entrance after the child and tries to enter the elevator with him. The girl, perhaps sensing something was wrong, turned around and jumped out of the entrance. The potential pursuer whirled around the entrance chaotically for some time. He entered the elevator, but did not go anywhere and almost immediately went back, looked into the staircase, and then also hurried to hide.
After the recording from the surveillance cameras appeared on social networks, local residents began to worry if a maniac had wound up in Anapa. The police decided to check this information. They identify the man from the video - a 53-year-old resident of the Ulyanovsk region.
- Law enforcement officers brought the man to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to establish all the circumstances of the incident. Also, the police are checking his possible involvement in the commission of illegal acts, the ministry said in a statement.
