The procedure for issuing licenses to outpatient clinics, FAPs and general medical practice centers has also been significantly simplified. According to the innovations, simultaneous licensing of pharmaceutical and medical activities is allowed for such objects.
Health Minister Mikhail Murashko has already instructed the regions to speed up the licensing of rural FAPs and outpatient clinics under the new rules.
