Russian coaches Vladimir Shevchuk and Nikolai Latysh have joined the coaching staff of Vladimir Gazzaev at Turan, a bbabo.net correspondent reports.

Experienced specialists will assist the 41-year-old mentor of the Turkestan team.

67-year-old Shevchuk, when he was a player, played for the Almaty "Kairat" for two seasons, and independently worked as a coach in "Saturn", "Sokol", "Chernomorets", "Khimki". He also assisted Valery Gazzaev at CSKA Moscow when the club won the UEFA Cup in 2005. After that, Shevchuk worked with Gazzaev at Dynamo Kiev and was a member of the coaching staff of Alania.

The 66-year-old Latvian also won the UEFA Cup when he was the coach of the "army", was a member of the coaching staff of the Russian national team, Moscow and Kiev "Dynamo", "Alania", "Aktobe" and "Tobol".
