The best result among the Kazakhs was shown by the leader of the mogul team Yulia Galysheva, who became 11th. She was able to reach the second final. And the rest of Kazakhstani women in this discipline took the following places: Anastasia Gorodok - 21st, Ayaulym Amrenova - 22nd, and Olesya Graur - 28th. They failed to qualify.

In cross-country skiing, Kazakhstanis Vitaly Pukhkalo and Evgeny Velichko competed in a 30 km skiathlon. Pukhkalo showed the 32nd result, and Velichko retired without finishing the race. But at the same time, Vitaly was able to get around the three-time Olympic champion in 2018, the Norwegian Johannes Klebo, who became only 40th.
