Unbeaten Kazakh boxer passes weigh-in before returning to the ring

26-year-old Kazakhstani boxer Abilkhair Shegaliev passed the weigh-in before the fight in Moscow, bbabo.net correspondent reports. His opponent will be 27-year-old Manuk Dilanyan from Armenia.

Both boxers met the average weight limit (72.6 kilograms). The duel between Shegaliev and Dilanyan will take place on February 3 and will consist of eight rounds. The show, in which 11 fights are scheduled, will be shown live on "Match! Fighter" (from 20:55 Nur-Sultan time) and "Match TV" (from 00:30).

For the Kazakhstani, who represents the promotional company Alban Boxing Promotion, this will be the ninth fight in the pros. Now he has eight victories, four of which are knockouts. At the same time, he made his professional debut in 2017, but had six fights in 2019. In his last fight on November 22, 2019, Abilkhair defeated the Ugandan Muhamad Sebyal.

For Dilanyan, this will be the 21st fight in his career. He now has 12 wins (five by knockout), seven losses (three by knockout) and one draw.
