Russia (bbabo.net) - The flight that Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva flew from Beijing to Moscow landed at the airport in Sheremetyevo.
At the airport, Valieva was met by about a hundred fans: people wanted to express their support and love. Fans prepared banners with touching inscriptions "Camila, we are with you!", "You are the best!", "We are proud" and bouquets of flowers. The fans gathered at Sheremetyevo emphasized that they admire the courage of 15-year-old Valieva, who faced enormous stress in Beijing. Valieva accepted gifts from fans with a smile, but did not linger at the airport and walked past the cameras.
The flight was postponed, while the reason for the delay was not reported. Initially, the plane's arrival was scheduled for 14:50 Moscow time. A little earlier it became known that Valiyeva and all our Olympic medalists would be presented with a state award.
Our short track skaters, including Konstantin Ivliev (silver) and Semen Elistratov (bronze), as well as bronze medalist freestyler Ilya Burov, went to Moscow on the same flight.
Recall that at the Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, Valieva won the team tournament as part of the Russian team and became fourth in the individual competition.
