Olympic champion Khasanboy Dusmatov from Uzbekistan reached the second round at the Strandzha Cup international tournament, which takes place in Sofia (Bulgaria), bbabo.net correspondent reports.

In the first fight of the small world championship, Dusmatov was supposed to meet the Italian champion Tomaso Schiaccio, but the 21-year-old competitor refused to fight. Next came Hasanboy.

The 28-year-old lightweight has won all four pro bouts, and in 2021 he competed at the World Championships in Serbia. In the opening fight of the tournament, Dusmatov lost to Kazakhstani Saken Bibosynov, who later became the world champion.
