The most successful esports project in Kazakhstan, AVANGAR, has approached the top 50 in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive world ranking, bbabo.net reports.

In three months, the new line-up has risen from 223rd to 55th place. This was due to winning the ESEA winter Cash Cup Europe tournament and winning bronze at the Pinnacle Cup.

Note that the new composition was announced at the end of last year. The updated team showed a 60% win rate in all matches, which helped to make progress in the rankings.

Previously, the team included Kazakhstanis Timur Tulepov, Alexei Golubev, Dauren Kystaubaev, Russian Ali Jami and Sanzhar Kuliev from Uzbekistan. The AVANGAR organization itself has existed since 2017. It includes teams in popular CS:GO and PUBG disciplines.

Meanwhile, the leadership in the list is held by Natus Vincere. Abai Hobbit Khasenov's Gambit is on the second line, and Vitality closes the top three.
