Already this week, the Russian Football Championship will be restarted, in which several Kazakhstani players play at once. The correspondent of bbabo.net talks about the position of Bakhtiyor Zainutdinov in CSKA, where the competition in the roster has increased significantly.
Obviously, CSKA did not have enough resources, so the transfers were expected, but in the end, the work of the "soldiers" in the market even blocked the initial hopes of the fans. As Russian commentator Konstantin Genich aptly noted: "All newcomers to CSKA under the foundation."
The most problematic for the team of Alexei Berezutsky was the line of attack. CSKA closed the position of the right winger with Jesus Medina - a technically Paraguayan with a left working leg can save the coaching staff from experiments that were earlier (including Zainutdinov, who sometimes played in this role).
Following CSKA, they took the expensive player of the Turkish national team Yusuf Yazici, by the way, he is also left-footed, and in this sense, Bakhtier again now has no advantage in terms of an attack player, because previously he was the only midfielder of such a plan. Yazici is almost certainly guaranteed a place at the start, as he is capable of playing both as a second striker and as an attacking midfielder. In addition, the Turks came from the camp of French champions "Lille" and in Moscow, he clearly does not intend to sit on the bench.
A little later, CSKA completed another deal to strengthen the attack. Colombian Jorge Carrascal is able to act on the entire front of the attack, but so far he seems to be the main competitor for Nigerian Chidera Ejuke.
These three acquisitions practically close the possibility for Zainutdinov to play in attack. Bakhtier can be extremely useful in this, but so far - the creative potential of the above-named newcomers looks higher.
Actually, the matches at the training camp showed that most likely the Kazakhstani will continue to play as a central midfielder. But even there CSKA now has a new player. Towards the end of the transfer window, the “soldiers” were discharged from the “Everton” Ivorian midfielder Jean-Philippe Gbamin. Yes, perhaps this is more of a direct competitor for Maxim Mukhin, but it is possible that a young Russian with Gbamen can make up a couple of defensive midfielders.
We must not forget that in addition to Zainutdinov, Alan Dzagoev, Ivan Oblyakov and Ilzat Akhmetov can play number eight in CSKA. That is why the second part of the season may be the most difficult period for Bakhtier in CSKA.
