The winners of the doubles tournament of the ITF Forte 60 Women’s tournament with a prize fund of 60 thousand US dollars have been determined, the press service of the FTC reports.

Ekaterina Makarova (Russia) / Linda Noskova (Czech Republic) and Anna Shishkova (Czech Republic) / Maria Timofeeva (Russia) met in the decisive game of the tournament. Ekaterina and Linda in 56 minutes are quite easy winners of their opponents - 6:2, 6:3.

17-year-old Linda Noskova won the French Open in singles last year, and the title in Kazakhstan was the most significant in her adult professional career.

“For me, it is a particularly pleasant feeling to win here. Because this is my first victory in the W 60 series tournaments. Linda and I played well for a whole week, tuned in to every match and achieved results,” Makarova said.

In the ITF Forte 60 Women's singles final, the first seed of the competition, Belgian Gret Minnen and Russian Anzhelika Isaeva, will play.
