The young Kazakhstani Zangar Nurlanuly reached the final of the second category tournament of the Baseline Open U-14 2022 Tennis Europe series in Slovakia among players under 14, the press service of the FTC reports.
In the semi-finals, Nurlanuly defeated the first racket of China at his age, Yanhong Li, with a score of 6:1, 6:1.
In the final, 13-year-old Zangar will play against Zigo Seshko from Slovenia.
The young Kazakhstani in the final of the same tournament, but in the doubles duet with the next opponent in the decisive game in singles, Zigo Sheshko defeated Yanghong Li (China) / Jan Rastitsa (Czech Republic) - 6:2, 7:5.
