In the past off-season, many Kazakh clubs have strengthened their squads with legionnaires from Brazil. bbabo.net correspondent tells how they adapt to the KPL and which of them is able to become the new star of the league.
The successful game in Kazakhstan of such Brazilians as Joao Paulo, Brian Silva and Gian Martins attracted other clubs, and so there are already more than a dozen representatives of this country in the championship. It is noteworthy that West Kazakhstani clubs were especially active in inviting Brazilians.
So, defender Matheus Bissi arrived at Atyrau. Despite his role, Bissy has already scored twice (both balls are designed as if on a printer) and played all six full matches for the Oilers.
Right winger Ruan Telesh arrived in neighboring Aktau, where Nikolai Kostov is building an extremely nice team. The 24-year-old Brazilian with a working left leg before Kazakhstan tried himself in Portugal and Romania, but failed to play there. For "Kaspiy" Ruan has scored only once so far - into the empty net of "Ordabasy".
"Akzhaiyk" does not lag behind its neighbors. Rafael Sabino started well there. In the last three matches, where the Brazilian played from start to finish, the Urals managed to score seven points and never concede (the opponents were Astana and Kairat). At the same time, Sabino was also included in the symbolic team of the fifth round of the KPL.
In “Ordabasy”, again, they paid attention to players from Brazil, but, based on the budget, they signed very young and little-known South Americans there. Defensive player Victor Braga (21) and striker Luis Guedes (22) haven't made a huge impression yet, but they may need more time to open up as both have never played outside of Brazil before, and still the same age may affect.
And now let's move on to those who have so far been extremely unsuccessful in the CPL. Forward Shin from "Aktobe" continues to regularly go to the base, but his productivity leaves much to be desired - zero effective actions in 434 minutes of playing time. Taraz forward Jorge Elias has a similar situation, he hasn't scored for the new club yet, although he played less - 190 minutes. It is curious that in the same "Aktobe" and "Taraz" local young pupils Maxim Samorodov (2 assists) and Abylaikhan Zhumabek (2 goals) look much more effective.
And, finally, the transfer of "Kyzyl-Zhar" in the person of winger Lucas Cardoso became an absolute failure. He played only four minutes in the season and has already been officially announced by the Petropavlovsk club.
