Streaming service AMC+ showed a promo video on Twitter with teasers of expected projects in 2022.

In particular, the video includes footage from the TV series based on Anne Rice's novel Interview with the Vampire. The vampire Lestat will be played by Sam Reed. The showrunner and executive producer of the project is Rawlin Jones ("Breaking Bad", "Better Call Saul"). The first season will include seven episodes.

An adaptation of Interview with the Vampire was released in 1994. Starring Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Kirsten Dunst, Antonio Banderas and Christian Slater in Neil Georgiana's film, the film received two Oscar and Golden Globe nominations.

The AMC+ teaser also features previews for the final seasons of Call Saul and Killing Eve, as well as Fear the Living Dead.

Earlier, the first teaser for the series based on the epic novel by John R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings.
