Russia (bbabo.net), - This year specialists of the complex of municipal services will continue the improvement of the largest transport artery of the capital - Leninsky Prospekt. The work will also affect adjacent streets, said Petr Biryukov, deputy mayor in the Moscow government.

“In 2020-2021, landscaping activities were carried out on the section of Leninsky Prospekt from Kravchenko Street to the Moscow Ring Road, this year we will make a section from the Garden Ring to Universitetsky Prospekt,” said Petr Biryukov. “A distinctive feature of the project is the additional landscaping of the highway and adjacent territories: planned to plant a large number of trees and shrubs, the creation of green hedges.

In the course of the work, two squares will be renovated - near the hospital No. N.I. Pirogov, which serves as the entrance to the Neskuchny Garden from Leninsky Prospekt, and on Academician Petrovsky Street. The entrance through the historic gate to the Neskuchny Garden (20 Leninsky Prospekt) will be decorated with a pedestrian alley with a special paving pattern, trees and shrubs will be planted along it, and comfortable benches will be installed.

A new square will appear near house 14 on Ordzhonikidze Street. Trees and shrubs will be planted in the park in honor of Moscow power engineers on Vavilov Street, comfortable paths will be equipped, benches with charging slots, energy-saving lamps and street lamps will be installed. The boulevard on Akademika Zelinsky Street will get a new look, comfortable spaces for recreation and a zone for playing chess will be made here, children's swings will be installed, and a mini-amphitheater will be built. An unusual installation will be installed on Academician Tamm Square - a metal table with benches and chairs around it. Hanging balls will illuminate the territory. A linden alley with modern lighting will appear on the square in front of the Moskva department store. The area itself will be expanded, convenient access for vehicles will be made and parking will be increased.
