Russia - Russian Post has updated the service of digital inquiries for customers

Russia (bbabo.net), - Russian Post has simplified the procedure for submitting and tracking support cases. Now all requests and received answers are available on the pochta.ru website, the company's press service reported.

"Customers will know when they receive a response to their appeal, what happens to it and what topic or package it refers to. In the near future, the service will also appear in the Mail mobile application," the message says.

The company noted that previously customers had no access to information about the current status of the appeal and the expected date of the response. Now the created appeal is automatically saved in a separate tab of the "My shipments" section.

Other calls are also stored there - both open and completed. For each appeal, the current status and the deadline for providing a response are displayed.

If earlier the answer was sent by e-mail, now it appears in the appeal card, from where it can be downloaded or printed.

Stanislav Chernin, General Director of Posttech (the digital division of the Russian Post), recalled that “millions of customers pass through the Russian Post every day.”

"We have completely redesigned our call service to make it as easy and comfortable for people to use it. Even the calls that customers leave in writing at the branches will now be digitized and uploaded to the site," Chernin said.
