Russia (bbabo.net), - About 300 billion rubles will be spent on solving the problems of deceived equity holders. This was stated by the Director General of the Territorial Development Fund Konstantin Timofeev, Interfax reports.
According to Timofeev, funds for compensation to the victims and the completion of housing are allocated from various sources - the federal and regional budgets, as well as deductions from developers.
Thus, 103.5 billion rubles have already been received from the federal budget. This year, about 27 billion rubles will be allocated, and about 26 billion rubles are planned to be allocated for 2023. 71 billion rubles were received from developers' contributions to the compensation fund. Another 66 billion rubles have been allocated from regional budgets.
"These funds are sufficient to pay compensation to affected citizens and complete the construction of problematic facilities," Timofeev said.
The head of the fund stressed that it is planned to solve the problem of all defrauded equity holders by the end of next year.
In total, about half a million equity holders failed to receive their apartments in Russia on time. As Konstantin Timofeev stated earlier, in the near future, deceived Russians will be offered compensation more often than apartments in houses being completed.
