Russia (bbabo.net), - Since the beginning of this year, Moscow has put up more than 50 premises for auction with preferential rent. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.

He said: "Since 2017, small and medium-sized businesses in the capital have the opportunity to rent city space on preferential terms. This support measure helps entrepreneurs launch and expand their business, and the city improves the social infrastructure of the districts. During the program, more than two thousand premises have been sold In January, 54 objects with a total area of ​​3,188 square meters were put up for auction: 50 of them have already been sold, and an application campaign is underway for four.

Most objects were presented in the Southern and North-Western administrative districts - 11 and 10 proposals respectively. Application campaigns are now open in the South-Eastern District of Moscow. Ivan Shcherbakov, Head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy, spoke about the details: "The largest premises are located in the municipal district of Nekrasovka - with an area of ​​138.5 square meters. Three others with an area of ​​15, 31.8, 73.2 square meters are located in Maryina, Lublin and Kapotne. Contracts are concluded for 10 years".

The minimum rental rate will be 5 thousand rubles per square meter per year, for basements - a thousand rubles per "square" per year.
